Our goal is to ship the product to you on the delivery location you requested in your order and on the shipping date we specified (updated in the order confirmation) at checkout of your order; if we do not expect to deliver on the estimated shipping date goods, we will try to notify you. Delivery time is from Monday to Friday, no delivery service is available on Sunday and public holidays. Normally, orders for home delivery will be delivered within three working days.

- 🛍 In-Store Pickup:
- In addition to door-to-door delivery, you can also choose to use the free shipping store self-pickup service. We will notify the customer by email 5 working days after confirming that the order has been paid to pick up the goods at the store selected at the time of payment.

Store Self Pickup Arrangement
After the order is delivered to the designated pick-up point, you will receive an arrival notification. Please pick up the package at the store provided within the delivery deadline, otherwise the order will be invalid.Please pick up the item within 7* working days from the WhatsApp notification.If you pick up the item after the deadline, you will be charged a deposit fee:
Deposit fee for 1-3 days: $3 HKD
Deposit fee for 4-5 days: HK$5
Orders that are overdue on the 6th day will be returned to the warehouse for processing. You need to contact us to pay the storage fee and make another delivery arrangement.

In order for the goods to be delivered to customers as soon as possible, after confirming the successful payment of the order, we will prepare and ship the goods immediately. Therefore, temporary changes or cancellations of orders that are not processed in a timely manner may result in shipments already starting. Change The Pickup Store
To change the pickup location, please confirm with us via WhatsApp within 2 hours after payment. Only one change to pick-up store is accepted per order.
