SAPHIR Medaille d’Or Cleanser

The Médaille d’Or Cleanser. For our customers that want to preserve the mirror shine or the patina created on their shoes, the Cleanser is the perfect cleaning product.

Its use is particularly recommended for those who regularly maintain their leather goods and shoes since it preserves the patinas and the base of a mirror shine. This makes it easy to create a new mirror shine.

The addition of Montan wax prepares the pores of the leather to absorb pastes, creams or the Médaille D’or maintenance lotions.

Directions for use:

1. Ensure all dirt and dust is removed from the shoes. Buff shoes with a brush
2. Shake the bottle
3. Apply the Cleanser sparingly using a cotton cloth. Massage into the leather in a circular motion
4. Leave it to dry for 15 min
5. Once the product has been applied, simply buff the goods with a cotton cloth

    2. Footwear and leather care products should be placed in a dry and ventilated place. Protect from sunlight. Do no expose to temperatures exceeding 50 °

    5. In addition. Pressurized container: Do not pierce or burn, even after use.

    7. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand.
    8. Please call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician if you fell unwell or SWALLOWED.
    9. Some products may change the appearance of the original material, such as shoe polish, leather dye and sprays, etc. Please test before on a hidden area.
    10. Products may come in different packaging. Product quality is not affected by packaging. In order to protect the transportation timeliness and the interests of customers, products with different packaging will be shipped randomly.
    11. In order to protect the interests of customers, please ensure that the selected product specifications are completely correct before placing an order: including but not limited to SIZE, COLOR, CAPACITY and STYLE, etc. No product specifications can be modified after the order is confirmed. Except in special circumstances, any product specifications cannot be modified after order confirmation. If the product needs to be replaced due to special circumstances, the customer needs to pay additional shipping or handling charges before re-sending the product.
    12. Insoles are not returned for hygiene reasons.

Delivery time is from Monday to Friday, no delivery service is available on Sunday and public holidays. Normally, orders for home delivery will be delivered within three working days.

  • 🛍 In-Store Pickup:

Store Self Pickup Arrangement
After the order is delivered to the designated pick-up point, you will receive an arrival notification. Please pick up the package at the store provided within the delivery deadline, otherwise the order will be invalid.Please pick up the item within 7* working days from the WhatsApp notification.If you pick up the item after the deadline, you will be charged a deposit fee:
Deposit fee for 1-3 days: $3 HKD
Deposit fee for 4-5 days: HK$5
Orders that are overdue on the 6th day will be returned to the warehouse for processing. You need to contact us to pay the storage fee and make another delivery arrangement.

Modify/Cancel Order
In order for the goods to be delivered to customers as soon as possible, after confirming the successful payment of the order, we will prepare and ship the goods immediately. Therefore, temporary changes or cancellations of orders that are not processed in a timely manner may result in shipments already starting. Please forgive and appreciate our inability to cancel or change any confirmed order. Change The Pickup Store
